Threads that require remembering when it is appropriate to post something often get lost in the shuffle. When no one posts while it is still on the first page, we might forget we were doing it. A was no problem but B seems to have killed it off.
I have found in threads like this, someone has to be a moderator and keep reminding people when to post next. We had a thread on the "other" ancient coin discussion forum that started with Julius Caesar and was to continue until all of the rulers of the Empire were listed. Stevex6 started the thread ,left that forum, I continued to moderate until I left, and then another member continued until the end. I think it was successful mainly because someone was in charge.
