    Obverse: Head of Juno Sospita in goat skin, L ROSCI below, Rhyton behind (couple of banker's marks)
    Reverse: Girl standing right feeding serpent before, symbol to left, FABATI in exergue
    Reference: Crawford 412/1; Syd 915; Roscia 3.
    … Attractively toned

    The reverse depicts the scene that occurred early at Lanuvium at the festival in honor of Juno Sospita, when a virgin descended into the grotto under the temple with food for the serpent who dwelt there. If the girl was chaste, she returned safely to her home, where there was much rejoicing.

    phocas follis and half follis, on both coins phocas is spelled with an F (focas) on the obverse legend (barely visible on right coin).....it's the only thing i got that is remotely f related.

    Obverse: IMP CM ANN FLORIANVS AVG; draed, cuirassed and radiate bust right
    Reverse: PRO-VIDEN D-EOR / KA G; Providentia holding two stanards and Sol holding globe, standing vis-a-vis, star between them
    Reference: RIC 114
    Other: "rare" legend

    2nd sestertius of Faustina
    3rd sestertius of Faustina II

    16.12 grams, 28.0 to 30.5 mm
    Obv: Diademed head facing right
    Reverse: Zeus Standing Left holding star & sceptre with crescent over head IE/A to far left, N to right, with N in exergue. BAΣIΛEΩΣ / ANTIOXOY to right, EΠI.ΦANOYZ to left of Zeus, all within wreath.
    Grade: aVF coin that includes cabinet tone on obverse & reverse resulting from long-term storage.
    Other: Grypos was essentially the last of the Seleukid Kings of Syria. SNG Spaer 2498v (O to inner R), SMA 372.
