Looks like the scale from the type 5.</p><p>So this one make a totle of 12 different certs, 11 are listed in the article, with the type 3 has a grade and no grade and now the new type 4.1 addition.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This thread was started on March 1, 2012, and I picked that date since it was the day grading started on March 1, 1979.
