ANACS Off-center 25c clad layer with inverted mirror image (split off from coin)

    The outer clad layers are pressed on the middle copper layer as they prepare the 1,500 ft rolls. Sometimes, the clad layers come off because it didn't bond properly, so perhaps the reverse clad layer stayed on, or maybe it came off and is in another slab (and if so, where is it! I want it!).
