You rock and I hope I didn't make you feel as if I was questioning your knowledge either, which I wasn't intending with my story about my grandfather purchasing a car with Morgan's! I just felt like sharing it to say that some people, even in Eastern Tennessee were circulating these but yeah, most weren't. I think that's why I shared the story because it's not everyday you hear about someone buying a big ticket item with a bunch of silver dollars.

It takes a lot to offend me actually. I pointed out that comment as it felt it was just getting too personal. I never question people's personal stories. But yeah, I can see if someone posted a picture of a coin and claimed "It's never been cleaned, it's been in my family for 50 years" when it's actually been cleaned by the evidence provided where one would need to step in and tell them bluntly and counter their argument.

It's all good! I actually use to be a moderator at one of the busiest Linux forums on the webs, I've seen it all on forums I think. This forum is quite nice compared to watching people start flame wars over which command line text editor is the best!
I think that's why I shared the story because it's not everyday you hear about someone buying a big ticket item with a bunch of silver dollars. :) It takes a lot to offend me actually. I pointed out that comment as it felt it was just getting too personal. I never question people's personal stories. It's all good! I actually use to be a moderator at one of the busiest Linux forums on the webs, I've seen it all on forums I think. This forum is quite nice compared to watching people start flame wars over which command line text editor is the best! ;)
