They just can&#039;t seem to take the plunge, even though the public seems perfectly willing to accept new designs, as proven with the quarters.</p><p><br /></p><p>I still say the Sac native american dollar is one of the best designs over the past decade, but it still doesn&#039;t circulate.&nbsp; Oh well, I also did enjoy the nickel commemoratives.
