An Error Certifying an Error Note…

    Here is an interesting note. It is a star note (used to replace error notes in production) with a partial front to back offset printing error, with an error on the certification. “With motto”? What motto? I love collecting PMG screw-ups. Don’t have many though.

    Clerical errors on holders are both understandable and forgivable. I once had a grading company mislabel a $2 note as a $1 note. I sent it back for a corrected holder.
