Note that any funds you have tied up in this item will remain on hold during this lengthy period of time. You may even be unable to use your account depending on their handling of the case. Regardless, the buyer is likely to use negative feedback in the end against you (which you cannot do in return to them and warn other sellers) and eBay will NOT remove negative feedback against you, even if you win the case, once it&#039;s there -- it&#039;s there. No matter how correct you are about this transaction you will likely get burned by feedback. The only thing you will be able to do if he posts such feedback is to reply to that feedback with your comment in hopes of warning others about the scam tactic.</p><p><br /></p><p>For the most part you&#039;re going to have a headache to deal with for some time. </p><p><br /></p><p>I&#039;m sorry to hear about this happening to you.
