Sold!</p><p><br /></p><p>[ATTACH=full]1399938[/ATTACH] </p><p><br /></p><p>This one is intriguing because despite having the typical Hephthalite/Kobadien fabric (broad flan, poor metal, poor strike) it is lacking the other features typical of those:</p><p>- No pellets outside of obverse margin</p><p>- Unusual portrait style and headgear</p><p>- No tamghas or Bactrian anywhere on the coin</p><p>- The mint has not been replaced with Bactrian &quot;Alchoon&quot; but rather with 5 pellets</p><p><br /></p><p>It&#039;s on the tip of my tongue that I&#039;ve seen one like this, but I can&#039;t seem to find a match.</p><p><br /></p><p>As an added bonus, I also picked up a grotty but still very cheap more proper Hephthalite type, with at least one obverse pellet visible + the normal ALCHOON reverse.
