America's First Medals, Value???

    New here, my father passed in January and has lots of coins, my mother and I are looking for reliable information before we try to sell them. Any help will be most appreciate.

    I did a quick ebay search and it seems that these have sold from between $0.99 and $4.00 a piece.

    Not worth much. I see them at local shows for three or four bucks apiece. I bought the set back in Bicentennial times and paid way more than what I would have today, but I don't care. I think they're lovely.

    Welcome.

    Sorry you won't make a mint by selling those, but they're quite handsome.

    (Now the original 18th century medals those restrikes were based on, on the other hand... that would be a different story, I suspect!)
