there’s now a way to search for and find any past Gobrecht journal article.
    First, download the index here:
    http://www.lsccweb.org/uploads/GJ_Index_100.xls
It’s a searchable MS Excell file, you can even search it for articles that mention a specific coin (i.e.. 1878-CC Trade Dollar).
Once you’ve identified the article, you can search for that specific journal by going here:
    https://archive.org/details/newmannumismatic
For example, type “Gobrecht Journal 35” in the search box on that page which will bring up Volume 35 as well as Issue 35.

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

I would hope that the Newman portal would have an index, and be searchable. It is shaping up to be a valuable resource, but it also should be usable.
