    I wonder about date being not centered under her throat and it looks like reverse is rotated or mis aligned.

    I don't think it's a rotated die, just inserted into the holder off center.

    OK when I Flip holder upside down to view eagle it looks rotated

    Date looks normal, 2,5 dentiles from point of bust. If the coin was inserted correctly in the holder there would be very little or no rotation visible

    It will look rotated from both sides because it's not centered. Try looking at the coin centered without looking at the holder. Flip it over the same way and you will see the coin is not rotated.
