    I'm having as much fun with the "Nuke Kurt until he glows" concept, but he's really been at no risk...

    According to this, 90.9% of the Ag-108m decays to Palladium 108: http://www.nucleide.org/DDEP_WG/Nuclides/Ag-108m_tables.pdf

    So the most sophisticated of assays might (or might not) detect a few atoms of Palladium as proof the dime was irradiated.
