I was going to clean up all my miscellaneous sets, finish my Oldest boys Whitman 20th century type set I started, begin in earnest my youngest sons Whitman 20th century type set I was going to start as well as get him a mint set for his birth year, upgrade a few of my coins in my 7070 and pass them down to my boys sets, whittle a few of the 15 coins I still need to finish my 7070 set down, pick up a few more franklin&#039;s for the set I started, finish some of my world silver bullion coin collection (wanted to get the philharmonic and the kookaburra next), maybe pick up a few more modern commemorative dollars for a set I&#039;d like to eventually start, finish my modern commemorative half set and after that look into what I wanted to do next.</p><p><br /></p><p>And until today I did nada of everything on that list.&nbsp; Hadn&#039;t purchased a coin since December.&nbsp; But today I did pick up 3 of the 4 coins that I need to finish my Oldest sons Whitman type set (barber half, peace dollar and a T1 buffalo nickel) and grabbed a MS63 upgrade on a Mercury dime for my 7070 so I can pass on the AU one that was currently in my set.</p><p><br /></p><p>Anyone else have this problem just get sidetracked (been focused on ironman racing this year and triathlons are an expensive hobby).</p><p><br /></p><p>LOL I guess I still have a chance to finish some of my goals for the rest of the year.</p><p><br /></p><p>Maybe I should make a list to make myself accountable.</p><p><br /></p><p>1 coin to go on my Oldest boys set a t1 standing liberty quarter</p><p>9 Sacajawea coins to bring that set current to 2014</p><p>12 presidential dollars to bring that set current to 2014 (it might be 8 currently don&#039;t think Hover and FDR are out yet)</p><p>12 presidential dollars to finish the folder I had started for my oldest son (10 current again as no Hoover and FDR, not sure if I am going to continue with this just had a folder so started sticking the dollars in there as a what the heck kind of moment but I&#039;d have to get a new folder as that one only went to 2011 and if I finish this set for him I need to start one for my youngest I may just abandon the project and I prefer albums)</p><p>8 National parks quarters to bring myself current (again I don&#039;t think they are all out yet like Everglades and Great Sand Dunes)</p><p>9 upgrades I&#039;d like to do on my 7070 to pass onto my youngest sons Whitman set</p><p>15 coins to finish my 7070</p><p>Chronicle and start my youngest sons Whitman set (just bought the album from Ebay yesterday so now I need to figure out what I need and start working on it)</p><p>Get a 2013 mint set for him.&nbsp; Decide if I also want to do the silver mint sets and if so get a 2009 silver mint set for my oldest as all I have is the regular mint set.</p><p>More World silver bullion starting with the Philharmonic and Kookaburra.</p><p>More modern commemorative dollars (currently have 6)</p><p>6 more modern commemorative halves to finish the set (basketball, baseball, swimming, 1996 soccer, bald eagle, US army).</p><p>And then just work more on Franklins (wanting to do a MS63 or higher set purchased the first 3 already was just a good in between coin while I was buying other things).</p><p><br /></p><p>Dang I was hoping a good portion of that would have been gone by July.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
