Seeking a Starring Role in "K" is Kokhba (“kokhba” means star)

Judea, Bar Kokhba Revolt, silver Zuz, 132-135 common era, attributed to year 3 (134/5), "SIMON", grapes, rev. "FOR THE FREEDOM OF JERUSALEM", palm branch, 3.25g. The undertype visible is the partially remaining legend from the obverse of a Drachm, probably of Trajan and probably of Caesaria. The letters AYTOK can be discerned, these being part of the title AYTOKRATΩR - autocrat, dictator, tyrant, despot. This coin is shown in Hendin’s GBC 5th edition.

Languish in luxurious leisure and lovingly gaze upon limpid pools of patina, lovely portraits of long ago leaders and maybe lament over long lost or wanted little discs of gold, silver and bronze. Lucilla and Lucius, and any others, types or eras are welcome. L is here
