i guess whenever some of the members on hee
when did i say anything about buying just any coins and or buying coins sight unseen? i never said any of those things, you made them up, talk about assumptions. what am i taking away from anyone? i have no power to take anything away from anyone. that is just silly talk. my point is coins cost money, and nice coins cost even more money. without money there is no chance of buying those coins, it is just simple math. i spent many years without leaving my home, and it is very difficult and requires a great deal of patience to do that. would that be considered an accomplishment? i don't think that anybody would call that an accomplishment. to put it simple, if a specific coin cost $1,000 and you only have $10.00, then you won't be able to buy that coin.

Sight unseen...im talking aboutpeople having a specific look/eye appeal and that can takea long time and much effort to find those...not just buying any ms66 piece...Also you weak point you tried to make...no ability to pay $10 for a g note piece...? I have been GIFTED, YES GIVEN coins that are rarities, $500/600+ values from people I have never actually seen in my life! I know of many many others that I've had this same experience with even higher valued coins...yes, FREE...MATTER OF FACT, YOU KNOW WHAT...? I don't know why im even taking the time and effort to respond to you. you obviously have nothing better to do than be ridiculous, make no sense, and label others that you would be lucky to even know, voice your opinions as fact according to you, and acting like nobody but you knows anything and everything. I'm not going to speak for others but i myself do not have any desire to hear your nonsense...and the world according to you. Its done and there you go again with it. Get over yourself. If your going to be on here and contribute, then make sure its worthwhile. Provide insight, knowledge, engage in meaningful conversation, ask questions and most of all LEARN! But you obviously know everything so learning is out. Hopefully its not too late for the other two. if you don't have anything worthy to contribute then do everybody a favor, DONT.

MOVE ON AND DROP IT...THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS

Getting to a point in your life with your own money where you can buy thousand dollar coins IS an accomplishment. I work very hard and have a very stressful job, which took many years of training. As I child I always dreamt of owning coins like the ones I own now.

Dude if you want to debate capitalism take it elsewhere. But making choices in your life that led you to possess the coin is what we are talking about. Even when you have money to burn it still takes time. Find the right coin AND at the right price. Not every coin is on the market and navigating to get them in a resourceful manor takes both time and skill. Given all the land mines on eBay you could have limitless money and yet still run out buying bad deals.

in case you don't know it, this is america and i am free to post comments just the same as anybody else on this forum. if you don't like my comments, then don't read them and or don't reply to them, it is just that simple. what i think is that some of my comments got some wheels turning in some of the others minds on this topic. maybe they and you, realized that my comments do make sense, and maybe you and the others don't like hearing the truth. most of you think alike, act alike, talk alike, you probably even look alike. did any of you ever try thinking for yourselves instead of just following others? i doubt it. you say that i should (get over myself) however, it is you who makes such claims that it would be (lucky) to know some of the others on this forum. that sounds like an ego trip. and if you and many of the others are fortunate enough to receive valuable coins for free as gifts, then what in the world does that have to with hard work, knowledge, ect. that is plain good luck and nothing more. maybe you should try working for things, instead of expecting things to be handed to you on a silver platter.

Wow there is a lot of hate for such a small package. What I hear is jealousy and bitterness. we are here to talk about coins, not the socioeconomics of who gets to purchase them and why. And while this is America and you have the right to speak as you please you might want to remember this forum is privately run thus they can pretty much exactly tell you what you can or can't say. You are definitely on the path to eviction

I actually feel bad for you I see a lot of pain and rejection behind your posts. I hope things someday improve for you and maybe you will even get to own a serious coin or two.

Your Sad, just really sad. You keep repeating yourself and when you think you made a point...it makes no sense at all. I said one should be lucky to know some of the people on here..i never mentioned myself...how in the hell is that an "ego trip"...huh smartguy? Being gifted and gifting coins to people shows just one little way YOU DONT NEED $ TO ACQUIRE COINS! NOT TO MENTION ITS NOT LUCK...ITS GREAT GENEROSITY...THAT SOMEONE LIKE YOU CAN'T FATHOM! ITHAD NOTHING TO DO WITH HARD WORK (THAT ARGUMENT WAS WHEN I TALKED ABOUT NOT JUST BUYING ANY MS66 COIN...THAT PEOPLE SEARCH FOR THAT SPECIFIC COIN, LOOK, EYE APPEAL. Come one...get your stuff straight before you use it for a rebuttle...you make absolutely no sense.
Oh i feel really sorry for you...and i See...its not just one or two others...its Everybody! Ever think about that?? Nice thing about this is i don't have to deal with your nonsense anymore...I can just IGNORE you. Which is exactly what I'm doing after i post this. Take care buddy, have a great day!

All my coins were slabbed until I broke them out of their plastic prisons. There were some raw like that 94s. The dealer thought it was unc and I said au so i got it for au price. The 90cc is my only dmpl. It was graded a 63. It is stunning. Of course I saved all my slab inserts.
