    unfortunate a forgery

    Going through my diobol specimens, because of this unusual diobol shown in this topic http://www.forumancientcoins.com/board/index.php?topic=115446.0

    I was unpleasantly surprised by this forgery with I bought in 2015
    This forgery has not the typical flan shape and it has file marking and it’s probably made of two coin with each one good side.
    i am sending it back and getting refunded

    That is very unfortunate.

    Was it cast from molds made from 2 coins or were 2 coins joined together?
