Hmm. It does have a soapy/cast look but it's so hard to tell with these Alexandrian tetradrachms. You might try posting it on the Forvm Fakes board.
I don't think this coin is fake. I think it was coated with Renaissance wax, a common practice in earlier generations. A soak in acetone and/or mineral spirits would remove the wax.
