After a long wait I got the coin back as &quot;NO DECISION&quot; (along with another coin of theirs listed the same[ no decision]). Upset with the result, the shop misplaced the coins for quite some time but finally found mine today. They aren&#039;t charging me the NGC since it came back as no decision, though ngc is charging them. </p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>So.....&nbsp; what the %#@$ does &quot;no decision&quot; mean?
