    The die chip which makes it look like an extra claw is very common. When I searched the rolls I had ordered from the Mint, about 75% of them had the die chip.

    Yes! That's 3 out of every 4 from 8 rolls which had the chip.

    Nope! I threw them into circulation because I don't like to take advantage of people even if they are to blame for their own foolishness.

    I agree cpm that it is common. Still fun finding them when you get change from the stores. I don't keep them either.
