I use Avery return address labels. I can feed them to my printer and they come 80 to a page</p><p><br /></p><p>-the capsule tends to spin slightly in the page. This is easily remedied by placing a small piece of rubber between the edge of the holder and edge of the page. The extra foam from ring airtites work great.
