Everyone out there is from somewhere else and you won't have the foggiest notion who lives right next door to you. If you are going to live in a zip code beginning with "900" be prepared to pay around 3000-4000 dollars a year in car insurance even with a perfect driving record.</p><p>Good luck out there and take care of yourself and your Fiancé.
