California was a great experience for me. I learned a tremendous amount in a very short period of time. The cost of living was super high and the traffic was really bad, but other than that I absolutely loved it. Going out to California really opened a lot of doors for me. :thumb:

Apparently there are a lot of keepers. Austin is saturated with refugees from California. Few move back.

Zaneman, Welcome to California. If you're moving to Irvine then the houses may be a bit expensive it being a College town. Anyway good luck and do well. Don't forget to travel around California. There's so much to see. You'll love it. Bruce
