AGE with "Extra Gold"

    Quick question:

    I have a 1/10 oz AGE with a easily discernible bit of what I believe to be extra gold on the rim. By easily discernible, I mean you can see it with the naked eye. Would this be considered a mint error or does it mean I may have gotten a counterfeit? If any one cares to answer, I'll post a picture of it.

    Likely a finned rim and unless it's really extreme doesn't really add a ton of value.

    Where did you purchase it?
    I also say it could be a Finned Rim.
    If it was extra gold it would weigh more. Will you post a picture now?
