I am torn between both

Morgans & Peace Dollars I like & collect both.
but to pick just one I can't do.

I'd pick the Morgan and trade it for an IHC or Lincoln.

 

Igive my vote to the peace dollar for design and best looking lady. For the sake of enjoyment of assembling a set, the Morgans win hands down.

 

reminds me of the old beer adds, less filling, taste great.

 

I think I' d take a bag of 2,500 morgans and peace dollars, and trade it for other coins... LOL
My wheat set, and V nickel set (exlcuding the 1913) would be complete! lol

 

I like the Peace $$$$S. They are hard to grade due to the weak strikes and the low profile lettering, among other criteria. I like their VAMs and I only need the '28 to complete my set. I have only 6 coins that are graded below AU that could stand an upgrade.

With all the factors included in grading these coins, I'm happy to have great looking AU50-58S, as they often look better than some of my MS graded coins. AU SLIDERS are a real treasure for coin collectors as they are less expensive than a slabbed MS coin and are ofter have more eye appeal and luster than the Ms 60-63s. That is my opinion and I'm sticking to it.

One of these Morgan vs. Peace comes up every two weeks it seems LOL.

I would have to say Morgan.

 

Easily the morgan - I like the design better. Also the older the better.

 

I like peace lady, but the Morgan is a better coin all around... It's very hard to find a well struck peace compared to the Morgan. I dislike the eagle on the PD... Morgan's are rarer and there are finer dates to be had......

but don't get me wrong ... if someone wants to send me a free peace dollar I will not be spitting on it

 

I vote for the Morgan, its my favorite.

 

I love Morgans but could never afford the ones I like.

i just wish you could find more HIGH GRADE peace dollars with out the crustiness

 

What's a fiscal Quarter , heard of Bust Quarters , Barber Quarters , SLQuarters but never a fiscal Quarter , who is this fiscal guy anyway .
