When I was looking through my 1977 pennies(and I have more than 3 of them) I spotted I think a few 1963s. What should I be on the look out for?

I had issues getting proper angles to show finer details of this coin. I dont know where my other 63 penny is. I can post more pictures of them. I have a difficult time getting a good pic of the FG. Its harder to see, cant tell if its wide or close.

Possible die crack from his neck to his ear.

Wide and close fg has nothing to do with your coin. That only applies to some years in the 1990's.

I see a nice looking cent. I would put it in a flip or Whitman.
    RDV-001 was used from 1959 to 1969.

Very nice looking penny for it's age. Think about it. They were still filming the Andy Griffith show when this coin was minted. I'd keep it.

Put it in a coin holder flip. Since its shiner than other copper pennies I own, what is it valued? 10? 20? 30 USD? Is it worth it to have it graded?

It's a dime a dozen coin. It absolutely is not worth sending in. I suggest you get a Redbook so you can get an idea about what coins are valued at. Shiny and looks in good condition just don't cut it.

I have a $50 bag of 63D. I am halfway thru it and still don't think I have a coin that I would send to be graded.

Nice and a slight MAD. Just put it in a flip to protect it.

    What about online sources?

I have never graded a coin, But each of these coins are gonna cost you 10 to 20 to grade each. That is all the profit when you go to sell.

Online sources are fine, but you have to learn how to grade. Grade is everything! The coin you have is plentiful and quite frankly is worth way less than a dollar.
