Acetone do's and DON'Ts...

For those following along at home, you can click on Alerts at the top right, then Alert Preferences in tiny text at the bottom of the pop-up; that'll take you to a page where you can select what you do and don't get alerts for.

I don't think there's a setting for "alert me any time anybody posts something new anywhere on the site". For that, I recommend the New Posts page. And possibly medication.
