As was said pictures are so hard to show but looking, and the spots, I think PR66 is 49% and PR65 51%. I tried the paper tube deal and I am not sure it is better. I made it my avatar though so that was a win. The place that I got these, I ordered 7 more and they said shipped. I got an email today that said they were out of stock and they refunded my monies. I am a little pissed about that....I think B.S. but its a reputable dealer so maybe that did happen, website error and all.
