This vignettes are truly amazing. I'd like to suggest to the treasury they use some modified ABNCo. plates for current bills. It would do wonders for the morale of the country.
This bothers me a lot. I started seeing it a couple years ago and the first time they were offered some of the vignettes sold to unsuspecting buyers for nearly $20 apiece, which encouraged the practice to continue. When you consider how many vignettes are in this book, even if he just gets a few bucks each, the book is worth a lot more cut into pieces. I'm less bothered by trimmed-down souvenir cards, because there's a lot more out there. But this book is going to become very scarce, which is a shame, because it's a great resource for collectors.
