I don&#039;t think it can be determined that it had been cleaned before I paid for it to be cleaned otherwise why would they take my money and clean it and then turn around and label it cleaned unless their conservation works that way where they offer the service and take the money and the ruin any kind of value by labeling it cleaned cause that&#039;s not what I understood.
