I think whoever at ANACS listed it as a Die Crack was SMOKING CRACK! Or else, they have a cracked skull! I need to stop - I'm cracking myself up.
Checked both the O and the U. On the O, it's a bag mark (actually indented a little) and on the rim by the U, it's just a mark. According to ANACS site, "Therefore ANACS cannot guarantee any attribution or variety designation listed on an ANACS holder. Should a customer have an ANACS encapsulated coin that has had its variety altered, it may be sent in and reholdered with the corrected variety for a nominal fee." That is the only option their site listed. I can't imagine a customer being charged for them to correct their mistake.
There seems to be something accross the "O" in of on the reverse. I don't see this line on any of mine, so maybe thats it. Guy~
The mark across the O on the reverse is indented, not raised. Probably the result of shipping these coins 140,000 at a time.
