On my trip to Oslo last weekend I "had to" visit the National Art Museum in order to let my family see Edvard Munch´s "Scream". But to my surprise I was rewarded with the sight of some marble busts of Roman Emperors in the antique section. There were no numismatic items there, so as this forum is about coins, I´ll accompany the marble heads with the corresponding portraits from my Sestertius gallery: Nero Marcus Aurelius Elagabalus Severus Alexander And finally in the Renaissance section I saw this terracotta "Head of an unidentified man", dating from ca. 1500 (from the workshop of Andrea della Robbia): What do you think - doesn´t he look a lot like Hadrian???
