Unfortunately I will be buying these. I'm on a subscription for the ATB rolls and have them all so it would seem kind of silly for me not to add these rolls to the set as well. Hope one day I can make my money back on them!

I'm buying, too. I've got sets going (P,D,S&S) as well as rolls, so it's necessary for me.

I'll have to check out the website. I'd like to get a subscription for just the 'S' mint mark rolls. I wonder if you can do that?

Help me to understand these. They are the same strike as the P and D except they are minted at San Francisco. Right? Wrong? Is it just something else for the Mint to sell at a premium?

The Mint does not strike any coins for circulation in San Fran.

That is correct, they are circulation strikes minted at SF, and I will be buying some.

It says "PE" next to it; what does that mean?

+1 I think I will keep working on my 32-64 set. Trying to get one of each variety including all the type Bs.

The initial mintage is going to be 1,400,000 per issue with more minted to demand. I am thinking/hoping that the "to demand" must have a limited time table, once the mint changes out the dies to mint the next quarters in the series i don't think they are going to change them back? If this is the case then i think these could still be a good buy.

Does anyone here think these have any possibility of being rare?

They will be extremely rare at my house.
