She’s an 1858 Over Inverted Date. This can be seen by what looks like a die crack through the date. I thought it had a die crack around 3/4’s of the coin. It goes from 9:00 to 6:00 but it’s not a die crack. It’s a die clash. It shows best from the first T in STATES to the O in OF. That’s the bottom of the seat that she’s sitting on.
