The second link that Blissskr provided refers to TITLE 16--COMMERCIAL PRACTICES sections 304.1 through sections 301.6. A is one new thing that becomes illegal, and B is another new thing that becomes illegal.</p><p><br /></p><p>Yes, item B, which is what you referred to, is absolutely there. But I never denied that it was. But apparently you were completely ignoring item A.
