    Yes, that is what I thought as well. R-7 in MS is plausible.

    PCGS only has 17 in MS and lists it separately here.

    I often wonder exactly how they calculate this stuff (though I know it is prone to error- I've seen their "total survivors" figure well below the total pop. they have straight-graded, for instance.)

    ....This Pop. 1 66+ at the top went for $47,000 last year. :woot:

    PCGS uses a rarity scale that is out of 10. 200 correlates with their R-7.

    Here's an example with the egregiously-overpriced common 1893 S Morgan:
