Here's how I break it down, and I'm not alone in so doing: First tier:<ul> <li>PCGS</li> <li>NGC</li> </ul> Second tier:<ul> <li>ANACS</li> <li>ICG</li> </ul> Third tier:<ul> <li>Everybody else</li> </ul> Really, regardless of the plastic, one has to be wary.  There are dogs and jewels in every brand of plastic.[/QUOTE]
