It is from a 1996 series note. The D4 indicates it was a Cleveland district note.</p><p>The D4 on the right is from a 1999 note. The block is BD-A. </p><p>Notice that the font size is different. It&#039;s too small. This only occurred in the BD-A block and only a small percentage of these had the small font.</p><p><br /></p><p>Try finding them in change as they are probably still out there although I haven&#039;t seen one in some time.</p><p><br /></p><p>Why do I bring this up?
