A Roman Imperatorial, Provincial Coin of Octavian, or is it?

The obverse style is strikingly similar to that of RPC 4082 (Cilicia), which has the legend PRINCEPS FELIX, identifying the portrait indubitably as Augustus. It has also been suggested that the type portrays C. Sosius, a general of Marc Antony, who was quaestor of Syria and Cilicia in 38 BC.
