If someone wants a crown replaced or a filling replaced that fell out, he asks directly how they are going to pay for it. He can legally demand money up front and refuse them if they can't pay. If it is not emergency care (someone got shot in the mouth, for example), he has no obligation to do work for people. He can also refuse to accept Medicaid as a form of payment and tells them that directly. It is even on his door to his office. Not inaccurate.
