A proposed CoinTalk mascot coin

A 14-year-old thread on CCF caught my eye today, when an eBay listing reminded one of the original readers of the thread. The thread is interesting enough if you're into counterstamped coins, but in light of the counterstamp itself I thought it might be popular here on CT!
