A "priestly" prutah of Alexander Jannaeus

Hendin GBC 1149.)</p><p><br /></p><p>For this ruler, the most unusual combination of titles is "Priest" and "King", which appears only on <b>Hendin 6190</b>, as seen below. I purchased it from David Hendin over a decade ago. The photo is his listing picture. The obverse Paleo-Hebrew lettering is stylized, and interestingly appears between the pellet-like rays within the diadem. It's quite hard to find this type with centered obverse inclusive of the tiny letters being discernable.
