That was bhp3rd's guess. The two we disagreed with were 3 & 4. They are either 67 or 65 and have to be one of each.

I haven't read any of the other post so here is what I guess--

#1 -65
#2 -67
#3 -66
#4 -67

#4 may have FS..

From what I think I know, these can all, very easily, go 66, albeit for various reasons...

 

and the answer is?

 

#1 = 66
#2 = 67
Of those 2 I am positive. #3 and #4 are 67 and 65, or 65 and 67 and I am guessing the former.

With regards to the 1939-D Rev of 40, it is a monster but I think MS67 is fair but it is definitely PQ for the grade IMO. The 1945-D is undergraded, should be a 66 as well.
