Hi I had an opportunity to buy a 1934B $20 bill star note from a lady I know.
I don't have a picture of it but I wrote down the plastic sleeve details it was housed in.
    It says:
PCGS Choice New 63- 1934B series
The Bill has a big black "B" in a seal circle on the left side of Jackson.
It has a solid star (green) after the SN#
She offered it to me for $290.00 is that a good deal?
I have until Tuesday to say yes or no. any help will be appreciated.

What is the complete serial number ?

Personally, I would want an example with the PPQ designation after the numerical grading number.

What is the plate number on the back of the note?

If it's an FR 2056B, price ain't bad. Ain't great, ain't bad. Neither could complain about the transaction I'd say...

It might be better just to wait, and try for one grade higher like a 64, 60-63 grades
Are not that desirable when it comes to resale, notes in these grades usually have
    Some very noticeable problems.

thanks for your feedback. I have been doing some research on these and it turns out the population numbers are quite small. So I opted to buy it from her. no regrets for now. If you can find one in a higher grade than 63 I would like to see it
    thanks again
