Old crates of something that had something put in front of it or on top. I live in CA and we have the remains of the Oakland Army Supply Terminal. This is where most of the supplies for WW11 and South East Asia conflicts came and shipped from. It is not like finding a box in a warehouse, but a warehouse in a multisquare mile compound.The logic of storage through the years changes with technology and items found that have use because they are new but of older versions.Many items are sold to foreign countries that wish to have a military but cannot afford to buy the latest technology. Aircraft in a crate, vehicles in a box down to those infamous 100.00 toilet seats. Gold is the currency of the world in lands that had no currecy or way to spend it. I would bet the military has a bit of that in a vault at Nuclear base way deep.It is not a seceret, but people come and go . Great amounts of most any thing you could think of is probably in a warehouse with an old cardbord wire tag that is faded and the number on the box no longer corresponds with anything.
