No I apreciated your opinion JIM that;s what the forum is about. I don't take it like that. I will post it on Lincoln cent resource I'm a member. The only way to confirm this Jim is not by a coin forum to send it in especially with these specimens.

I just want to make note of this there are two known doubled dies obverse on the 1970p cent 1970P-1DO-001 with an extra bar on the L of liberty and that;s the only place were the doubling is on that coin which is class 8

The next one is the 1970P-1D0 -002 which there is an extra bar above the seven and that is the only place were there's doubling which is class 7 Please check out coppercoins listings on these two varities.

I never send coins in i usually no exactly what they are but in this case it;s worth the fees/

I just feel in my gut that this is a new variety the class could be class 8 but not sure I have to analyze it these are not die gouges Jim i no that for sure and not MD or Die deterioration doubling or die chips for that Matter I have been doing this for to long i know the differance.
I know my pics don't help much to determine this, but i have the coins in hand.
    Thanks Jim for your opinion

    Joe,

The "doubling" you are talking about curves upward slightly, away from the building. If this was a doubled die, wouldn't the "doubled" part be straight... the top of the memorial building is flat, so any doubling would angle away, not curve away.

    Anyone agree?

No look at the first coin i posted it does not have that it's very possible that the doubling can be curvered i have seen doubled dies with some uneven straight lines this could be tilted hub doubling . There are some statehood quarters with uneven doubled dies curved even through they are different doubled dies the one squeeze effect class 9

On upon examining my coins I came up with this conclusion of what class of hub doubling it might be class 8 tilted hub doubling.

Cool coin, but if you're going to post it on the board before sending it to a variety expert, you should not be so defensive when someone questions it.
