These are always available, (it&#039;s rarer in circ. grades than mint state, the only Lincoln, or any other coin I can think of that that&#039;s true off.)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>2. You can find a nice graded coin at some point that suits your needs and you will be glad you waited.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>3.
