    Yes. I can't guarantee it, but I have a very high degree of probability that every raw coin "Great Southern Coin" (GSC) sells has issues.

    Anymore, I only buy coins online from a dealer that are graded or I'm taking a flyer on an individual that possibly is liquidating a coin album and has a nice specimen. Photos matter, but sometimes you go on a hunch on less than professionally photographed presentations. eBay returns are very generous, even though I've rarely had to use it.......maybe 5% of purchases.
