Hadrian was a lover of architecture and really left his mark on the landscape of the empire. The Pantheon is my favorite place in Rome. I have been to Rome three times and on the last two trips I found myself eating gelato in the middle of the night, leaning against a column on the portico of the Pantheon the first night there. Great atmosphere. Hadrian's villa is a must see as well.
