I was invited to this forum by another member who I have known for many years. I have been a member of the PCGS CU forums for years and have enjoyed their World and Ancient Forum. Sadly however, that forum has declined over the last few years and there are now very few new posts. I still have lots of friends over there many of whom I have met in person and who will remain friends for life. But... I am very happy to have found CT. This Ancient forum has breathed new life into collecting ancients for me, this can be a solitary hobby and having all of you to bounce ideas off of sure means a lot. I work in a coin shop, belong to a local coin club and have other collecting friends here in the area, but none of these places or people care about ancients, so this forum and it's people have become very important to me. Now, before I buy a coin I consider what all of you will think about it. The wealth of knowledge, and generosity in sharing that knowledge set all of you apart. No matter what the question is, there are several people here with an intelligent answer that they are willing to share. I deeply appreciate the kindness with which all of you have welcomed me into your group and all that I have learned as a result of being here. I hope I can repay a little of that as time goes buy.
